2. Service Discontinuation & Data Export

If you choose to discontinue our services, you can take all your business data files within 7 days from your cancellation date from our platform. After 7 days, there is no guaranteed agreement for data retention, and your data may be permanently deleted from our servers.

3. License

Unless otherwise stated, Articulation ERP and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

4. User Responsibilities

You must not use our platform in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
